Verifies the accuracy of the data in order to provide confidence in the results. Consults with management to resolve identified issues/problems.Essential Job Functions
Conducts and monitors testing and inspection of processes or procedures to ensure quality and conformity
Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Monitors corrective and preventive actions
Documents quality assurance activities, such as internal audits
Gathers and organizes statistical quality data

QualificationsRequired Experience
Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires 3 years minimum prior relevant experience.
Education
High School Diploma or GED Required
Associate's Degree
SME
Reviews the accuracy of financial statements and financial projections prepared in the Credit Support Units.
Researches all necessary financial data using specialized commercial credit analysis software.
Reviews incoming daily work to validate usage of approved naming conventions in the electronic credit files aswell as to ensure timely and accurate completion of tickler/covenant record updates.
Reviews customer information entered in the MRA software to confirm accurate capture of customerinformation for compliance with Basel II regulations.
Creates weekly management reports regarding accuracy rates and consistency between the three CSG units.
Reviews legal correspondence sent by Credit Support Analysts to confirm all notifications match the creditapprovals and are sent in a timely manner
May prepare Credit Request Memorandums for credit approval on behalf of the Commercial BankingRelationship Managers.
May assist Unit Managers in evaluating the performance of the Credit Analyst staff.
Provides support to supervisors in recommending and developing training programs for CSG staff.
CBG
May prepare Credit Request Memorandums for credit approval on behalf of the Commercial Banking Relationship Managers.
May assist Unit Managers in evaluating the performance of the Credit Analyst staff.

Banking Services Group (BSG)
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
Thorough knowledge of commercial loan processing
Thorough knowledge of BOW commercial loan procedures as they apply to financial analysis
Thorough knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns and cash flow
Thorough knowledge of industry relevant software used for analysis
Analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to perform independently with a minimum of supervision
Good organizational skills
Good to presentation skills
Excellent PC skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and related software
BSG - Onshore
Reviews daily work performed by third party and reports any variances related to quality or expectation of service levels and key performance indicators
Maintains appropriate level of liaison with internal and external business partners
Proactively identifies quality assurance issues and prepares appropriate reporting to management
Analyzes QA results to highlight trends and anomalies
May assist management in evaluating vendor performance
