- Years of experience 2-3 years
- Technical college degree or comparable, Computer Science preferred
- A+ Certification; Baseline OEM Certifications which include any of the following, depending on assignment: Dell Desktop / Laptop, Lenovo Desktop / Laptop, Lexmark Printer, IBM Printer, Server+, etc.
- Microsoft operating system software
- Microsoft Office applications
- Desktop hardware and peripherals
- Desktop imaging tools
- Desktop network configuration
- Desktop software installation and configuration
- Executive support
- Smart Hands activity: Physical device count survey, basic patching, LED verification, crash cart assistance (console recorder / reporter), power cycling (reboot of equipment), replace media (i.e. USB thumb drive, DVD)
