Overview: The primary responsibility of the Application Support is to ensure optimal deployment, user adoption and system functionality within the Karmak Fusion software suite. The individual will be responsible for providing solutions for Fusion users related to general instructional or technical problems for software or hardware. Thought leader and collaboration driver related to system functionality improvements and enhancements pertaining to Karmak Fusion Software's various modules (Unity, Service, Lease Rental, Accounting and Parts) in the ERP as well as third party vendor interfaces. Core Roles and Responsibilities Document all activities within Help Desk ticketing system related to Fusion's Software Suite - researching and troubleshooting Fusion and/or Integrations (hardware, software) issues either by reviewing manuals, discussing with other support staff or contacting Fusion support. Timely and accurate review or completion of all Help Desk ticket reconciliations for Fusion and/or related tickets. Helping to develop new SOP training and digital training modules to ensure Operations department is fully trained in all aspects of the product. Lead efforts on Fusion system upgrades. Role will include project management and user testing with adoption of new system functionality in Development sandbox. Maintain and lead role in EDI, Integrations, and 3rd party API Relationships, supporting all Fusion integrations, including Record360, Samsara, Intelek and Unity. Collaboration with Fusion user group, developing and maintaining strong working relationships. Maintaining performance of Fusion, running diagnostic programs and evaluating stack trace information. Various software process improvement or data analytics projects as assigned to improve the overall functionality and reporting capabilities with regards to profitability and quality of decision making for all businesses. Essential Skills & Qualifications : Four-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred 5+ Years' of Karmak Fusion experience in the transportation or logistics required. Technical Training Experience with users Travel Required Ability to work remotely and travel to Los Angeles once a month Strong administration, organizational and time management skills Familiarity with business software such as MS Office 365 Complex problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose application issues Working knowledge of IT hardware and systems. Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The flexibility and willingness to learn and to work effectively.
