IMMEDIATE opening for a mid-level Desktop Support Technician to be frontline IT support for onsite and remote users. Will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT support requests, resolving issues over the phone, through email, remote access, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot issues both and follow up with end-users to ensure systems are functional
- Setup computer systems for new users and provide instruction for access to company applications
- Support employees’ mobile devices (smartphones / tablets) and printers
- Ensure end-user equipment is kept up to date with security patches and feature upgrades
- 2-3 years of experience in hardware and software support
- Experience with Windows and MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to travel 25% to multiple sites in Los Angeles area
