DescriptionWe currently have an HR Generalist opportunity for a well-established organization in Concord, CA. Are you a self-starter who loves handling multiple projects at once? Then we have a position for you!How you will make an impact: Help auditing HR compliance processes including I-9, new full-time packets, termination packets Plan, organize and direct the daily operations of assigned functions within HR Manage the e-verify process Receive staffing requests and handle full cycle recruitment Handle any HRIS requests On-board all new employees Provide HR generalist support for one or more client business unites, depending on complexity Heavy employee relationsRequirementsWhat we're looking for: 2+ years of HR Generalist experience Must have experience with employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee placement, performance management, management consulting, and organizational design Excellent written and verbal communicationIf you have the required skills and experience for this position, then apply today.
