In support of this mission, Marketing is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo’s business lines and geographies; leading brand strategy; leveraging deep insights and analytics about consumers and businesses; executing customer messaging across all channels and touchpoints; and building out capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized and compelling messaging and digital experiences.The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.Reporting to the PVSI Strategic Planning Manager, this professional will support opportunities identified to improve processes and efficiencies within the PVSI Marketing organization. This includes identifying where we have opportunities to create new or improved processes, providing internal consulting and management for process design efforts and initiatives, assisting with the development of and maintaining process documentation, oversight, governance and program management of operational efficiency opportunities within the PVSI Marketing organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with cross-functional PVSI Marketing Teams to identify process improvement opportunities and assist in oversight and management to drive them forward
Lead, facilitate, and drive business process engineering for initiatives including: current state business assessment, detailed analysis, design, implementation and control of new or improved processes
Build consensus through strategic vision and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Provide internal consulting and management for process design efforts and initiatives leveraging strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision
Champion organizational change initiatives in a way that helps team members understand, appreciate and support the business goals
Assist with developing and maintaining process documentation
Lead change management efforts and present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Lead yourself and your team (cross-functional or direct reports) with high energy and transparency
Build relationships, collaborate and influence key stakeholders at all levels
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
