- Strong Reporting Competency
- Ability to create underlying logic for new reporting metrics, with actionable visualization, that will support regional leadership with making real-time decisions
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to gather complex data inputs from multiple sources, and then, simplify them to support decisions making activities
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including dashboard reporting
- Experienced PM Proficiency with Frontline Engineers
- Lead a daily meeting with 15+ engineers to support and navigate multiple ambiguocompeting objectives in a fast paced environment
- Requires 3+ years of network planning experience (preferred at a regional level)
- Must have a problem-solving attitude with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Partner with stakeholders to document workflow enhancements, and QA processes
- Experience with Alteryx (preferred) or Tableau, and Mapinfo
- Must be very comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, and be open to collaboration with other perspectives
