REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of verifiable Class A experience
- Must have operating authority
- Chaining required as weather conditions warrant
- Reefer experience (preferred)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year and 3 total in the last 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the last 3 years
