Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects. Provides clerical support and assistance to management.What will I be doing?Demonstrate a guest-driven service style with a sense of urgency in all group contacts interactions.Enthusiastically and professionally answer all incoming phone calls within three rings.Exhibit competent knowledge of resort facilities, services and offerings.Exhibit sincerity and polish in complying with all contacts requests.Review assigned contracts and execute said contract as professionally and efficiently as possible.Strive toward receiving all rooming list by cutoff date.Attend weekly meetings with Director of Revenue to discuss cutoff dates, attrition, and pickup.Attend weekly meeting with GRC and be prepared to discuss the next seven days group arrivals in detail.Ensure all VIP and Contact reservations are annotated as such and have an approximate arrival time.Attend scheduled Pre-Convention meetings.Meet with contact at least once during conference.What are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
