Seeking an Oracle EBS r12 Techno Functional Developer in the Irvine, CA area for a full time position. Need an Oracle e-Business Suite r12 professional with 10+ years of techno-functional experience in supporting modules: iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Inventory, Order Management, EBS Tax/Vertex, and GRC. Responsibilities/Qualifications:- Extensive experience in the design, development and testing of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and workflows (RICEWF) within Oracle EBS with a practice of leveraging EBS public APIs and interfaces for building solutions utilizing PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL Loader, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS object library setup and administration procedures as it relates to the maintenance of WebADIs, workflows, concurrent programs, request sets, personalization's, profiles, lookups, value sets, flexfields, forms, functions, menus, users, and responsibilities.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS processes and functional capabilities as it relates to modules in the procure-to-pay (PO, AP, FA, GL) and internal sales order (INV, OM) cycle.
- Experience in the setup and maintenance of suppliers, supplier types, sources, pay groups, distribution sets, bank accounts, payment process profiles, payment templates, matching rules, approval groups, item categories, calendars, account combinations and authorization limits.
- Experience in the design, implementation, and testing of configurational/functional setup changes to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Experience in supporting day-to-day business operational challenges and month-end closing issues.
- A team player with excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills who is open to sharing knowledge, learning new things, and working in a time-constrained and team-oriented environment.
- Documents and captures important details necessary for the proper implementation of a feature or functionality.
- Communicates effectively and conducts meetings with the business as necessary for supporting each phase of the software development life cycle.
- Ability to initiate and follow through Oracle Service Requests.
- Extensive techno-functional skills in the area of Business User Interaction, Requirements Gathering, Application Development, and Software Implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes / debugging of problems and troubleshoot, considering both long and short-term impact of proposed solutions and developed workable solutions
- Hands-on Experience with Informatica, Control-M (Job Scheduler), and OBIEE
- Experience with test-driven and behavior-driven development approaches
- Experience with web development using technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python and Java
- Skills related to leadership, project management, agile, and scrum
