- Determines and discerns detailed requirements from key stakeholders to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes
- Leads the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manage project risk
- Assesses project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
- Facilitates the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations
- Establishes and coordinates team members and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
- Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned
- Developing project deliverables including project charter, project plans, schedules, resource plans, lessons learned, ad-hoc presentations
- Facilitating meetings including preparing agendas, coordinating schedules & materials, documenting meeting minutes, following up on action items.
- Provide input and improvements to the IT PMO process
- Good documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

- Strong understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management
- Ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders
- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- 5 years of combined analyst and project management experience - hands on managing mid-to-large scale projects
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in mid to large size global organizations; experience within a medical device or life sciences organization preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
