Qualifications & Responsibilities

The role focuses on all aspects of Partner Strategy inside and outside the Data Practice. Inclusive of: internal Epsilon stakeholders, additional Epsilon practices, potential Publicis relationships as well as external vendors. With the goal of maximizing revenues across channels.

This role is expected to be a role model for the organization demonstrating the leadership skills that promote and foster Epsilon’s core values and culture.

Experience & Skills

  • Partner Strategy – Define company partnerships strategy across all LOB’s and figure out synergies/leverage points where possible.
    • Partner management – working with partner vendors, source desired partners and maximizing channel revenue
  • Product management – Conduct product gap analysis in conjunction with Product Managers to layout build/buy/partner frameworks across all defined products.
  • Work with both internal and external partners to identify greenfield product/partnership opportunities
  • Articulate, define, and have a POV for Ecosystem trends in the next 1-3 years and Epsilon’s place in it.
  • Process development and management – develop processes for execution in conjunction with internal partners
  • Have a pulse on the market and client needs
  • Ability to train and present product offerings with benefit statements for sales and clients
  • Manage ROI across products based on costs to maintain verses revenue and when to grow or sunset products
  • Facilitate exceptions of product uses between sales and delivery teams
  • Work across product teams to collaborate and develop thought leadership
  • Experience communicating strategy to executive leadership.
  • Experience managing and developing team members.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
