Sr. Systems Analyst, Oracle/Hyperion - Full Time, Direct Hire - Costa Mesa, CA Responsibilities:
- Develop new EPM Cloud frameworks/modules, including Narrative Reporting and Strategic Modeling
- Perform design and implementation of the new Oracle Cloud system including system design and testing, report building, and training of end users
- Maintain system metadata, chart of accounts, and other system maintenance tasks
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical design
- Develop scripts for automation and other system processes
- Build data forms, reports, and SmartView queries
- Develop and optimize processes by taking tasks out of Microsoft Office products and leveraging the Oracle Cloud system instead
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT-related major (or Business-related major with relevant IT experience)
- Experience with cloud-based financial system administration and/or implementation
- 2+ years' experience administering cloud-based financial systems
- 4+ years of experience with administration and/or implementation of financial systems
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (especially EPBCS and/or Hyperion Planning) and/or Essbase preferred
- Experience with Oracle and/or Hyperion GL, Financial Reporting, and Planning applications is a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to provide quality service to customers (Finance and Accounting teams)
