Seeking an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about working with clients to build world-class dynamic business process management applications. As a senior member of our Solution Delivery team, you will play a critical role in furthering our Company’s success through building customer relationships and leading solution delivery teams in the configuration and implementation of our enterprise software engagements.The primary role of the Project Manager is meeting specific customer deliverables as defined in Statements of Work (SOW) for each of our customers, which are accompanied by a detailed design and project plan that aligns resources, tasks and required timeframes with the stated goals of each engagement. Using product sets for our proprietary AppBase platform, the Professional Services organization assembles each customer solution with as-needed coaching assistance from the Product Engineering organization. The Professional Services team relies on the Project Manager to develop and maintain detailed project/program plans, strategies and quality assurance activities in accordance with the standards of the Professional Services Practice. A qualified Project Manager should be able to demonstrate:
  • a track record of proven success in managing and delivering projects valued in excess of $2M;
  • experience with managing the planning, design, and implementation phases of client engagements throughout the full project life cycle from design to post-implementation. Whether managing project teams for a single large project or several smaller projects simultaneously, the Project Manager is responsible for maintaining on-going communications with customers and management to ensure the highest quality of delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Technical Skills Requirements:
    • Microsoft office products, including MS Project to plan and organize a project into specific activities, set priorities, track progress and complete projects on time and within budget, while monitoring the ongoing profitability of projects; and

    Soft Skills Profile:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working closely with clients and creating project documents, including Statements of Work;
    • Ability to establish and administer change control procedures;
    • Ability to evaluate and renegotiate a project’s scope; and
    • Problem solving skills, including the ability to anticipate and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.

    Education

    :
    • Bachelor’s of Science degree;
    • MBA or equivalent; and
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management Institute (PMI) designations preferred.
