Our client is looking for : Position : Tools Coordinator Duration : 12+ Months Location : Culver City, CA We are searching for a Tools Coordinator to lead in the daily ownership and support of Workfront, a project management platform, and its user base. The role is part of a Marketing, Creative Services team, so an interest in Creative Operations is highly desired. This individual will have had a strong experience in a project management, ad operations, support ticketing or business operations platform. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for platform detail and troubleshooting. They should have an eagerness to help contribute to the build and maintenance of a tool that enhances the marketing creative process. They need to be able to quickly assist in impactful platform modifications, as well as take the lead on general maintenance as needed on the Workfront platform. Key Qualifications 6-7 year experience in a project management, ad ops and/or ticketing system either as a heavy day-to-day systems user, or system admin Comfortable in QA / testing / troubleshooting platform or system issues Able to quickly pivot and reprioritize, and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment General understanding of a marketing workflow and stages of creative development Enthusiasm for organization of data and incredible attention to detail Ability to listen and understand different workflows, and how they may interact with each other Ability to retain new information quickly A respectful evaluator and observer of process(es), understanding impact(s) of changes or various requests Holds an outstanding work ethic, and operates with the utmost discretion and honesty Holds excellent communication skills and can concisely recap issue(s) to lead when blocked Responsibilities Strongly understands the Workfront platform's ecosystem and it's interconnected workflow(s) amongst factors related to request pipelines, active projects, users and dashboards Responsible for quickly responding and troubleshooting with colleagues on platform support tickets (i.e. be the contact for internal platform support with client team members, as well as be point on external communications to the Workfront Support team) Troubleshooting of incoming requests will include asks related to user platform access, the project management platform's functionality, how to's, etc. Building of new reporting and dashboards on a weekly, if not daily basis Providing concise but thorough detail for escalations into the Workfront Support team, including steps to replicate and/or validation, as well as including examples of errors/bugs Build, QA and deploy new builds to account for new or updated marketing workflow(s), routing rules, and request forms Generate new user log-ins and/or provide updated permission support to existing users Train new joiners on a weekly basis, providing overview of the Workfront platform, their responsibilities, as well as navigation best practices Owns "A-Z" the process of quickly, and accurately, implementing changes once set-up/factors are confirmed for a future sprint deployment Initiative to investigate and self-teach when topics or functionality within the Workfront platform is unknown; ability to deep dive into a testing environment for additional troubleshooting Education Bachelors degree preferred.
