DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly skilled candidate who has experience in Accounts Payable. This role is full time, can start ASAP, and is temp-to-hire!To be considered, please have knowledge/experience in the following:
Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
Prepare and send out checks and invoices(AP and billing)
Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into computer
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Assist with monthly end closing

Great communication skills
QuickBooks and/or Excel experience
