PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant, in Cupertino, CA.Summary:

Service responsibilities will include organizing travel end to end for Directors and Sr. Real Estate Managers, scheduling/calendar management, meeting preparation/support, and administration of expense reports and tracking payments to vendors in accordance with approved budgets.

Assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, document control.

Process & manage AOU and HRP PO’s for the team.

ER’s for team members who travel more than 60 days/year.

Equipment & computer inventory, including hardware, software, accessories, & office supply ordering for the team, including unpacking, organizing, & storing.

Main point of contact for all things building related, working closely with Facilities and our AP Building Manager.

Submit any and all facilities requests (iForms).

SAM for AP01:2, L3 (approve/decline all badge access requests).

Manage Exhaustible & Escapable room requests (Both Calendars).

Contact for escorting Corovan & SRM team at AP.

Retrieve mail/packages from lockers in AP mail room and unpack/sort.

Contact for Printer Maintenance & Technicians.

Update Quip docs when changes are needed to docs.

Fulfill team Quip requests 2x/week (dongles, mouse, keyboard, trackpad, etc). Email team when items are ready for pick up.

Space: Submit a ‘Location Update’ iForm when new hires join the team and keep space assessments current/update when anyone moves.

Help Jessica with special projects as needed.

Print new hire on-boarding docs on Mondays and place packet on new hire’s desk. Gather computer, phone charger, headphones for pick up after NEO.

Experience:

3-5 years of related field.

Customer services/reception is a PLUS.

Office relocation experience Plus.

Own projects.

Multi-tasks and adaptability to change.

Education:

BS degree in Business Administration is preferred.
