Familiarity with the Apple software development process, from Xcode to App Store Connect, including bug reporting and code-level technical support.

You know the relevant engineering terminology, even if you’re not a developer.

You possess strong influencing, compassion, integrity, and emotional intelligence skills.

A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionality, up and down the org chart. You’ll be handling critical issues between senior management and front-line engineers.

A positive customer-service mindset. You’ll often act as the customer (developer) champion.

You are flexible and versatile in nature, and can still accomplish “deep work” while remaining flexible to the needs of the business in a very dynamic and changing environment.

Strong decision-making skills. You’ll be acting quickly with incomplete data and in ambiguous situations.

You’re meticulous, focused, and organized, with excellent follow-up skills.

We value your previous managerial or team lead experience.

Familiarity with web/REST APIs, and Python/PHP/Ruby or other scripting languages.

Familiarity with stats and reporting tools is a plus.
