DescriptionOur client in the IT Hardware industry is seeking a hybrid candidate who can serve as both a Staff Accountant and Data Analyst! This position is strictly temporary, ranging from 3-6 months. Maintain fixed asset ledger. Including fixed assets transfer from SharePoint to Oracle. Acquisition and disposal of fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization and associated reconciliations. Analysis of a wide variety of financial data and communicate it in a clear and concise manner. Prepare financial statement and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule. Maintain prepaid expenses schedule Prepare and upload JE for Arrow rebates/Sample tax accrual/MBO accrual/Rent Abatement. Daily cost updates procedures for inventory. Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
