The Channel Interactive Technology team manages a suite of systems and tools that enable world-class in-store demo experiences for company's customers worldwide.

The team is currently looking for an individual to fill the position of On-Device Data Analyst. We are seeking a highly seasoned and diligent data analyst to join our digital strategy and analytics team. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact to company. The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong problem solving and analytical skills along with equally strong communication and intuition for business.

We seek a selfstarter, who is willing to adapt well to changing requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have a passion for company, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic team environment. Being extremely detail-oriented, analytical and proactive is a must for this position.

Key Qualifications• Passion for iOS, macOS, tvOS, WatchOS, Apps, and Apple hardware• BA/BS required; data science, analytics or quantitative degree.• 4-5 years hands-on data engineering and analytics experience.• Experience with querying large volume of consumer and transactional databases and proficient with curating analytical insights.• Preferred applied experience with machine learning, and building models on large datasets.• Ability to translate business processes and data into analytics solutions.• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise in User Acceptance Testing on CRM systems.• Experience with Snowflake or cloud architecture such as AWS, Google Big Query.• SQL, Tableau & Adobe Analytics experience is mandatory.• Comfortable in leveraging Python/ R for quantitative analysis on large-scale data.• Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured datasets.• Self-starter, curious with a keen eye for detail.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Must be flexible, able to balance multiple projects concurrently and enjoy a fastmoving, evolving environment. • Excellent collaborator and ability to adapt style to meet the needs of the audience.• Must be able to communicate and distill the results of complex analysis to business users, clearly identifying the impact to business strategy.

Job Description:• Perform demo content engagement analysis, evaluate demo content effectiveness and commercial impact by analyzing app usage data, crossreferencing with other data sources, present insights and recommendations to the cross-functional team• Configure and setup Adobe Analytics processing rules and configurations to ensure captured data is properly processed based on requirements, verify tags implemented by the engineering team• Assist the team in establishing the multi-year analytics vision by engaging and evaluating external data solutions• Support frequent ad-hoc data analysis requests, curate and present quarterly on-device app and content usage, quality, and compliance report• Manage the system of record for content layouts and update the dashboard for cross-functional consumption• Measure campaign efficacy and present insights and recommendations to the Regional/ WW stakeholders• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and Product Validation on all data structures and dashboard products built by the Global Business Intelligence team• Conduct User Acceptance and regression data testing in partnership with the QA engineers on new data collection pipes setup by the software engineering team• Investigate and track data anomalies, partner with cross-functional teams to identify the root cause, and resolve the issue and course correct• Support the team in defining program success criteria, results forecast and impact analysis
