Identify gaps that need to increase efficiency and collaboration across team members and projects and develop plans of action
Establish new workflows and implement them in ways that remove friction and allow scaleability, efficiency and creativity across the product development lifecycle
Come up with efficient ways to manage the complete product design lifecycle for all kinds of design projects (S, L, XL) from concept to launch
Prepare for design reviews with partners and senior leadership by driving agendas, goals, FAQs and presentation strategy
Collaborate closely with project leads on project vision, strategy and roadmaps
Facilitate team meetings and develop action plans to drive work forward
Evangelize and support a unified and holistic user-centered design approach and design system across the IS&T organization
