Kelly Services is hiring a Systems Engineer for a 6 months contract opportunity in Cupertino, California. Below are the details and required skills. Provide code-level technical support for Customer Service Platform (CSP) partners.
Manage support queue.
Respond in a timely manner to support requests.
File bug reports.
Collect metrics from support cases, identify problem trends.
Provide updates to documentation team.
Provide weekly status and trend reports.
Perform testing on new service features before release.
Document API and best practice implementation.
Create tutorials and tools, support and maintain online demo environments.
Required Skills:
2+ years Python development (server-side), JSON, JavaScript, HTML5.
2+ years Web Services (AWS or similar a plus).
macOS, iOS, Unix/Linux.
Excellent English speaking/writing ability.
General understanding of encryption (SSL Certificates, TLS, etc.).
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Additional desirable skills/experience (not required):
Development experience on client’s platforms using Xcode, Objective C, Swift.
Async messaging platform integration (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Google RCS/RBM, etc.).
CRM Integration (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
Spanish language speaking/writing ability.
