- The Music Publishing team is looking for a Technical Project Manager who will support our reporting and data needs, production systems and various cross functional expansion initiatives.
- Proficiency in handling large data files using UNIX shell scripts or interpreted languages
- Skilled in using a variety of tools (Excel, SQL, scripts, etc.) for data analysis
- Able to define test cases and perform meticulous UAT
- Operational experience, ideally within a system that involves royalty payments
- Accuracy and thorough attention to detail is crucial; able to follow defined processes
- Outstanding organizational skills; the ability to deliver to a tight timeframe whilst maintaining quality of work
- Able to collaborate closely with multiple teams, both internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to focus in on the details whilst also seeing the big picture and being comfortable with a level of ambiguity
- Flexible and willing to learn about new tools and different procedures; able to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of managing subscription services is a bonus
- Project managing operational tasks to support music publishing reporting, production systems and new initiatives
- Working with cross functional teams to understand program level goals and determine music publishing requirements to meet those goals
- Supporting business needs for data testing and analysis
- Identifying data issues and tenaciously working with cross functional teams to resolve them
- Simultaneously handling multiple lines of work with competing priorities
- Adapting to emerging and changing operational support requirements
