Job Title: Wireless Network Validation Data AnalystJob Location:

Cupertino, CA 95014

Duration: 5 Months (possible extension)Client is seeking a data analyst for wireless network validation. You will work closely with the systems and simulations teams to help verify the end-to-end performance of the network. This position requires strong coding skills and collaboration with multiple teams (system engineering, site reliability engineering, wireless systems, etc.) The successful candidate must have a track record of diving deep into data to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and understand the potential causes. Ideal candidates will have experience in networks, rigorous data analysis, and algorithm development. They must have a curious and analytical mind that can see both the big picture and drill down into the details.

Qualifications

Strong data science and analysis skills using Python, C, and/or MATLAB
Basic understanding of wireless network performance metrics
Experience automating test data collection and analysis
Experience with data visualization and presentation
Experience with databases and query languages such as SQL
Excellent problem solving skills and independent thinker

Tasks

Maintain test data collection infrastructure
Analyze data and build data analysis tools
Automate failure detection
Produce and present meaningful data visualization to peers and higher-ups
