Job description:
  • The Channel Interactive Technology Team develops and manages the systems and tools that enable world-class in-store demo experiences for Client’s customers worldwide.
  • This role will support the in-store testing and coordination for Client's newest demo experience and management of the run-the-business activities of on-device pricing application deployed in our Channel locations.
  • The candidate should have a passion for Client, its products, and its customers, understanding software product development, especially user research, data-driven roadmap planning, + backlog prioritization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead in-store user research sessions: coordinating with vendors on project scope, schedule + budget, training/onboarding channel partners and Client’s store staff, and utilizing Agile methodologies to implement rapid testing and synthesis.
  • Coordinate with our geo teams and Channel partners to select and manage pilot locations for in-store tests.
  • Manage the run-the-business operations of Digital Catalog: collaborating with channel partners and regional stakeholders to prioritize the backlog, working with our design and dev team to implement critical changes to the platform, and managing day to-day activities (issue resolutions, escalations, new product launches)
  • Support the Channel Interactive data and analytics team testing the quality of data products, build dashboards for internal viewing, and use insights to make data-driven recommendations to our senior leadership.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project coordination experience
  • Track record of managing the implementation of a project/initiative, in a cross-functional environment, including successful implementation of at least one consumer-facing project that involved user research.
  • Experience in determining and planning for change impact to key stakeholders in implementing a project.
  • Utilizes customer empathy and delivers delightful experiences that anticipate customer needs.
  • Synthesize and communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams based on detailed analysis
  • Aggregates and familiar presenting customer journey analytics
  • Inquisitive, attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality of output
  • Retail sales experience is a plus.
