Project Manager with logistics background in Cupertino, CA We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics. In this role you will collaborate with core teams and stakeholders to drive project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and communication skills with an understanding of Supply Chains/Logistics and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate system Integration Enhancements with 3PL partners.
  • Run Core team meetings with Business & regional BPR teams and other stakeholders in projects and programs.
  • Manage UATs for 3PL enhancement projects.
  • Support Projects as needed such as - Onboarding new Logistics vendors, Process optimization Projects, Automations etc.
  • Work with Logistics Business Teams to support creation of Partner Design Documents, Business Requirement Documents.
  • Be a key program resource providing Project and Program management support to TI program from WW RFO BPR, as necessary.
  • Manage Sustaining projects for Enhancements on Logistics Systems such as Shipment Visibility, Transportation Management, Master Data Management etc.
  • Track KPIs/tangible/continuous improvements and report out to business stakeholders and IS&T on findings and remedial actions.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) of incidents and track resolutions to closure.
  • Ticket Monitoring to ensure end to end business closure of issues.
  • Managing project entry and exit criteria to ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle and project onboarding hygiene.
  • Business impact assessment, communication and co-ordination related to planned and unplanned downtimes.
  • Documentation and building the knowledge base related to business processes and solutions.

Required skillsets
  • 5+ years of PM experience required.
  • Certified Scrum Master and PMP certifications and/or licenses.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken) and work with the multi-location development teams.
  • Able to provide leadership, management, and people skills for projects of all levels.
  • Ability to self-manage own work.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
