- Manage master FY Roadmap for brand team by quarter
- Drive project milestones with team from project approval, through strategic development, creative development and production to completion.
- Ensure schedules and roadmaps are communicated and shared with all stakeholders
- Work closely with Resource Manager through casting process and update them regularly to manage creative and design resource allocation and changes
- Set up and facilitate Brand-led weekly huddles and status meetings, tracking action items and partnering with Brand Team to run.
- Work with Brand Manager to prioritize and align team on daily, weekly, monthly focus, working together to solve conflicts ahead of time
- 2+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management in RF/Wireless/Antenna technologies
- Familiar with manufacturing and/or testing processes, preferably related to antennas
- Config Matrices/ BOM management
- Experience with supplier and CM management
- Track record of hands-on technical project or program management in delivering NPI lifecycle involving design, verification, manufacturing, and validation testing
- Excellent communicator. Must be able to summarize and articulate complex topics in simple ways
- Pro-active in project risk mitigation; effective in technical conflict resolution; knows when and how to escalate
- Holds all committed parties to their schedule; knows when to escalate for help.
- able to support recurring night shifts to support material management for build planning and CTB reporting
- proficient in ms excel and Apple numbers for daily status reporting
- mandarin speaking is a plus
