Our Direct client is looking for a

Field Operations Analyst I for a 6-month Contract to Hire to work onsite at the Cypress, CA 90630 location
  • 6 month Contract to Hire
  • Monday - Friday; Regular hour work week - days
  • Work Location: Cypress, CA 90630
  • 10% travel to the Corporate office in Downtown Los Angeles office

This is an Onsite role, 5 days a week. Due to the nature of the position this will be onsite role dealing with: Imaging laptops/computers and supporting automation products requires for the individual to be physically in the office and have access to all the necessary equipment.

Field Operations Analyst I:

The key skillsets to focus on:
  • Bachelor's, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
  • 1+ years' experience providing IT support in a warehouse and/or office environment required
  • 1+ years' experience with all Microsoft Office products required
  • 1+ years' experience with various end user computing devices (PCs, Laptops, tablets, cell phones, and printers) from major manufacturing companies required
  • 1+ years' experience using automated tools, such as SCCM and MDT, to image computers, including PCs, laptops, and tablets required
  • 1+ years' experience supporting Warehouse automation products (Wireless access points, Thin Clients, RF scanners, and label printers) preferred
  • Working knowledge and experience with troubleshooting network issues Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills required
The Field Operations Analyst I will provide IT support across client. The Field Operations Analyst I is responsible for providing on-site support to end-users by installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining various types of software and hardware in support of our business offices and warehouses. The Field Operations Analyst I must be able to quickly evaluate business problems and work towards solutions through collaboration across the IT organization. The Field Operations Analyst I must be articulate, process driven, and have a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service. This specific position will be focused on device imaging, applying our standard OS image to devices and ensuring that all applications are properly installed and configured. The Field Operations Analyst I should be detail oriented and have experience migrating a user's profile and personalization/settings from one device to another.

Skills Required
  • Bachelor's, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
  • 1+ years' experience providing IT support in a warehouse and/or office environment required
  • 1+ years' experience with all Microsoft Office products required

  • Must be self-motivated, extremely resourceful, and able to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a cross functional team
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment; may be required to work additional hours to complete work efforts in response to reported customer problems and/or project assignments
  • Excellent written, verbal, business, and technical communication skills required
Technical Support - Provides Tier II technical support via telephone, email, online or on-site to end users on a variety of technical issues and problem resolution techniques. Customer Service - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by listening, understanding and responding to their needs.
