- Determination of issue priority, provisioning, and service requests fulfillment
- Installations, upgrades, and release/deployments
- Problem management analysis and resolution
- Data center construction, operations, and maintenance employees
- 3+ years of experience working in a 2nd Level Desktop Support Environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 2+ years of experience with Windows 10
- 2+ years of experience with mobile support (Android/Apple)
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office O365
- 1+ years of experience supporting VPN and Home Networks

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Experience supporting Citrix user
- Experience with Bomgar
- Experience supporting telecommuters
- Understanding of Office 365: Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, & OneNote
- Intermediate scripting skills
- Familiarity with MDT image development and deployment
