Primary Responsibilities:
  • Working on incident management response and restoration
  • Determination of issue priority, provisioning, and service requests fulfillment
  • Installations, upgrades, and release/deployments
  • Problem management analysis and resolution
  • Data center construction, operations, and maintenance employees

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a 2nd Level Desktop Support Environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows 10
  • 2+ years of experience with mobile support (Android/Apple)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office O365
  • 1+ years of experience supporting VPN and Home Networks
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Experience supporting Citrix user
  • Experience with Bomgar
  • Experience supporting telecommuters
  • Understanding of Office 365: Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, & OneNote
  • Intermediate scripting skills
  • Familiarity with MDT image development and deployment
