Minimum Experience: 8+ Year The Change Management Coordinator supports the work of change management, communications and training. This role reports to the Change Manager and sits within the project team and partners across IT, HR and other lines of business going through significant levels of change on a tight timeframe. The Change Management Coordinator actively participates and collaborates across the project team This role requires the following: A thorough understanding of how people go through change.Coordination and update of multiple project plans and work streams in Smartsheets.Experience on ERP implementations using multiple platforms.Collect data from a variety of sources; identify patterns in data and present cohesive information to help project leaders and organization make good decisions.Able to coordinate training calendars and prepare training materials as needed.Support communications events, end user activity events, readiness activities and pre and post go-live assessments.Prepare status reports and track organizational change management activities against plan.(This is not a change control or change request role)Gather lessons learned and help develop recommendations for improvements in training, engagement, and communications activities and materials.Provide go-live support including training and coaching to adopt new system.Work with project leads to support change activities. Skills/Knowledge:An understanding of change management methodologies.Project planning – Waterfall and Agile.Responsiveness to quick turn assignments and the ability to meet deadlines.Detail orientedStrong written and verbal skillsExperience working in a consulting environmentFamiliar with functional domains such as communications, change management, business process engineering, human capital and organizational development Technical Skills:Smartsheets use a must.MS O365 including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio.Collaboration tools – SharePoint, Teams, and Yammer.ERP systems. Experience: Minimum: 3-5 years on ERP implementations.
