Data Analyst Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 6 months
Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to work on-site at our client in Sunnyvale. The ideal candidate will have running reports with Salesforce and SAP. A background within supply chain is highly desired.POSITION SUMMARY: The Analyst role is a 6-month assignment within the Americas Customer Care Organization. This role will focus on driving data analysis for our service materials programs.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Run daily reports out of Salesforce and SAP Analyze data with deep-dive investigations and summarize findings and provide suggestions for solutions to leadership Lead visual daily management for service materials initiatives Partner with Service Materials Program Manager to identify areas for improvement Run special data reports in support of service parts forecasting and forecast attainment Partner with Supply Chain to drive operational efficienciesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience (in years): Bachelors degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience Masters degree in field with 1+ years of related work experienceKnowledge and skills: Proven ability to partner and collaborate across the organization Ability to adapt to change, proactively manage risks, clear roadblocks, and effectively communicate Successful delivery of daily workflow in a hybrid in-person/remote work environment Experience using Business software to include: Salesforce and SAP, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Conferencing Applications (MS Teams, Zoom) Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, and time management skills Experience with analytics and understanding of support metrics and KPIs Highly effective communication and presentation skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal oriented and time-sensitive environmentPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: 2 to 3 Years experience in analyst role 1+ Years in leadershipWhy Kelly ® ?You're looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we're here to help you do just that.
