Covenant Care is seeking an Executive Director/Administrator located at our Courtyard Healthcare Center who has an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and manage the facility and utilizing available resources to provide quality, caring services to all residents and patients, and achieve desired clinical and financial results.Courtyard Healthcare Center located in Davis, California offers 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation services from staff dedicated to treating people with dignity and respect. Our nursing and rehab services is a 5 Star facility helping individuals with customized care and attend to their specific needs including Alzheimer’s care, stroke rehabilitation, physical therapy and post-acute care. The ideal candidate is an experienced Administrator, with training as an AIT in a strong performing facility. Active and clean Nursing Home Administrator’s license and bachelor’s degree is preferred. Knowledge with reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration. Experience building teams, engaging external customers, and supporting families is required.
