Job Description
- Correctly monitor and maintain dishwashing machine on a regular basis.
- Properly conduct sanitation test as directed by the Executive Chef
- Bus tables after meals in the dining or patio area
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans after meals and during preparation.
- Clean dish area
- Sweep and mop floors
- Take out trash
- Cleaning or other duties that may contribute to a safe and sanitary kitchen.
This is a
full-time position that will workTuesday through Saturday, 8am-4:30pm.Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of sobriety is required
- On-the-job training is provided, no experience is necessary
- Knowledge of industry standards related to safety, sanitization and infection control is preferred
