Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Design, develop, implement, and support customer-facing software features and workflows.- As a key member of a talented engineering team, support the development and evolution of Android-based kiosk operating software.- Maintenance of existing apps, lead development of new consumer-facing features, and operational workflows.- Play an integral role improving and maintaining code quality and maintenance, and work on continuous improvements.- Development of on-kiosk applications, user interfaces, and operations workflows.- Develop and/or assist with new apps based on product requirements, and break down requirements into individual development tasks.- Keeping strong code quality and documentation, and coordinate requirements with the engineering and QA teams.

Skills & Requirements:- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a recent focus on mobile development.- 2+ years of experience with Android development (Java and/or Kotlin).- Experience building for various platforms, devices and screen sizes.- React Native experience is preferred.- UI/UX design experience is preferred.- Experience with hardware peripheral development and integration is preferred.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work in a self-directed manner as well as being a trusted and accountable team member.- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is preferred. tags: android developer, mobile application developer, mobile applications developer, mobile software engineer, mobile software developer
