3Di is urgently seeking to obtain the services of one (1) Consultant at the level of Documentum Application Server Administrator to provide support for the current ECM infrastructure and upcoming major upgrade and remediation of multiple environments to the latest Documentum Cloud platform.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK/DUTIES The Consultant shall perform all of the duties listed below:- Analyze current Documentum environment. Work with vendor to obtain specifications to develop design plan for the servers to support the environment, which includes servers to support all 3rd party products and/or peripheral products, such as Captiva.
- Install, configure, upgrade, remediate, and patch the Documentum Content Servers, xCP/ D2/Custom application servers, xPlore servers, Content Transformation Servers (CTS), SharePoint Connector
- Web Services, and other Documentum software following established standards to support all ECM environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).
- Work with vendors to plan out project taxonomy and strategy for onboarding, new application, data and/or content migration.
- Analyzing current applications residing in Linux & Windows Documentum environment and prepare strategy plan for upgrade, migration, and code remediation.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, solve server and/or application issues, prepare and implement changes via the established Change Management process, and provide incident reports when requested by management.
- Provide technical assistance, recommendations and/or solutions to the application development staff and County departments.
- Work with software vendors’ technical support, internal ISD support teams, and customers to resolve issues.
- Provide weekly status reports to team lead for assigned tasks.
- Develop technical documentation such as installation runbook, design document, performance and/or tuning document, and ECM architecture diagram.
- Transfer systems’ support knowledge to CAB-ECM staff.
