Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Collects, researches, and provides solutions to claims problems.
Routes dispute claims from Macess.
Resolving claims issues from the claims system.
Resolving claims issues from the Prepay SIU Mailbox.
Provides administrative support for auditing management and staff.
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma/GED
1-3 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Proficient in GBD Facets
Proficient in Macess
Self-Starter
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
