Position Summary Manages and coordinates the operations and delivery of care of designated imaging modalities. Leads assigned departments units to achieve budgeted financial goals. Ensures that a high level of imaging service quality and customer service is delivered at all times. Ensures compliance for all regulatory requirements and overall safety in the assigned departments. Key Responsibilities include: Oversee the administrative and technical functions of designated modalities in the imaging departments. Responsible for budget and strategic planning with the assistance of the Sr. Senior Administrative Director of Imaging Services. Provide effective supervision, training personnel management to assure staff competency in the assigned areas. Support established departmental policies and propose, advance and implement new policies and procedures within assigned departments as needed.QualificationsBasic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Three years in a Radiology Leadership role such as Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.

Ability to use personal computer to accomplish job duties.

Required Certification/Licensure:

American Registry of Radiologic Technology certification(s) (ARRT) or California Radiologic Technology Certification (CRT)
