Job Description:Seeking an experienced Program Manager for a permanent position. This position is hybrid (3 days onsite). Seeking local candidates in Dublin, CA (San Francisco Bay area). Vaccination required. Unable to sponsor or work C2C.The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing one or more projects in R&D including, but not limited to, cybersecurity development projects to support customer needs such as DHA cybersecurity RMF requirements across products. This position plans and drives each project to a successful conclusion by ensuring that its objective and scope is well defined, resources are allocated appropriately, and project schedules are specified accurately. Organizes and leads core team, extended team, and interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule, within budget constraints, and with high quality.· Lead and manages complex projects in R&D including, when needed, hands-on contribution to technical deliverables.· Participate in all aspects of cybersecurity initiatives such as DHA RMF for the purposes of ATO or similar goals for medical devices including ongoing dialog with the DHA.· Coordinate cybersecurity programs across global development teams to meet DHA cybersecurity RMF requirements.· Participate in management of cybersecurity and related queries from customers including preparing and communicating responses working closely with cybersecurity and product SMEs· Manage cybersecurity vulnerability assessments, cybersecurity penetration testing activities, product cybersecurity monitoring and plans to address gaps including zero day threats in close coordination with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders across products.· Participate in business planning of cybersecurity program roadmap, budgets and resourcing needs working closely with senior and/or executive management.· Establish best practices / operating framework including writing and/or updating of quality systems procedures, procuring/deploying appropriate tools, etc. to consistently manage delivery and ongoing monitoring of solutions to meet cybersecurity requirements.· Participate in cybersecurity initiatives to improve cybersecurity posture of medical device products.· Plan and execute projects with scheduled deliveries of ATO packages to DHA.· Establish operating mechanisms and framework and drive consistent cybersecurity requirements across products in response to customer needs such as DHA RMF requirements and POA&Ms.· Plan projects, provide direction and coordinate the efforts of team members.· Generate and maintain development schedules. Track project budget.· Manage the overall risk of the project through planning, prioritization, and mitigation of critical tasks· Drive resources to remain on task and on schedule, manage change, understand project risks, and prioritize, highlight, address and resolved in a timely manner.· Identify technical and schedule dependencies and manage throughout the projects.· Interact with management in R&D, Marketing, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs, Customer Care, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product development and introductions.· Provide regular updates to all Stakeholders on project status and progress.Skills:· 8+ years software development experience· 3+ years Program Manager experience· Agile experience· Good communication skills with internal groups and external clients· Cybersecurity experience (preferred)· Medical device software experience (preferred)· Bachelor’s degree or higher
