Marketing Data AnalystDublin, CADuration: 3+-month contractResponsibilities
- Research, extract and prepare member data for marketing campaigns
- Provide quality control assurances and lead review process of data prior to delivery
- Support measurement and monitoring of all marketing campaigns to membership, and report results to departments and business partners as requested
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to effectively mine the data allowing for development of targeted member communications
- Provide analytical support for ongoing member initiatives, providing recommendations for product offers, campaign timing and market segments
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, such as auditing of marketing and e-mail database platforms using Snowflake & SQL
- Research and document data sources and relevant queries (data dictionaries) as needed
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or similar preferred
- Solid knowledge of SQL (Snowflake preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant data or analytics experience (Financial Services experience a plus)
- Marketing experience a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Client, MCIF, Mortgage Cadence, SFMC data structures a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process and analyze data from a variety of sources
- Investigate, report, and address data quality issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and timelines
- Create basic data visualizations
