Description:Pre-registering patients information that will get sent over to the Medical Billers.
Working out of NextGen and patient intake system called Friza.
Looking up patient benefits, making sure patients are covered.
Verifying co-pay, making sure the patient is good to go when they walk in.
This person plays a key role in our patient care and will be the second point of contact with our new patients.
Responsible for reviewing insurance requests and doing the necessary follow-up to ensure they have all of the necessary information to process the claim for payment.
Updating patient insurance information as it is provided and rebill claims accordingly.
