Job Description
- Manage daily inbound operations activities with 3rdparty logistics service providers
- Monitor shipment status and provide daily tracking reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments and other logistics service providers to manage product flow and resolve logistics issues
- Manage lead time reports, and identify and resolve irregular activities
- Ensure accurate data entry, word processing, and filing
- Prioritize and plan loads strategically
Qualifications
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up skills
- Well-organized and high level of attention to detail
- Logistics background with general supply chain knowledge is a plus
- Experience with cost-saving or process improvement initiatives through analytical results is a plus
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in operations in International, Domestic Freight Forwarding Services
- Bilingual Korean/English preferred
