Telecom Engineer/Technician – Cisco Unified CommunicationIMMEDIATE NEED for a CUC Telecom Engineer to join a healthcare company on a 5 month contract with a possibility of contract to hire or extension. Looking for someone to help with CUC phone equipment, cabling, and WAN circuits. Benefits available, including healthcare and sick time.
Responsibilities: - Work in a hands-on operational role with Cisco Unified Communications, cabling, and WAN Circuits
- Take on basic Media Access Control all the way up to site implementations
- Troubleshoot voice circuits
- Very strong customer service skills
- Implement, configure, and administer Cisco Call Manager, Call Center, and Unity environment
- Support Nortel TDM and VoIP platforms
Qualifications: - 5+ years of Telecommunication experience, with strong Cisco Unified Communications experience
- PRI, DID, POTS, GS/LS Trunks, SIP Trunks, Cat 5e/6 cabling
Preferred Qualifications:- Healthcare Provider experience is a plus
