We are looking for a bilingual analyst (English & Mandarin) to support our clients operations as an IoT (Internet of Things) company as they expand to Asian markets. This role will support customers in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the El Cajon, but will be 100% remote until health restrictions ease. Schedule will be swing shift. Your responsibilities in this role- Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, or chat- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used with their product line- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues- Provide or update technical documentation as needed Requirements - 2+ years of prior experience providing technical support or customer support over the phone or with remote tools- Experience with IT support ticketing systems- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client environment- Basic networking concepts- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Call Center Customer Service experience- Knowledge of Technical Support- Electrical or mechanical concepts are highly beneficial- Must be bilingual both spoken and written in English and MandarinFor consideration, please email resume to Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
