The primary responsibility of this role is to observe our current manufacturing processes and turn them into easy-to-follow job instructions for our production team. Responsibilities and Duties:
· Record and document current production processes.
· Develop accurate and comprehensive job instructions using Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Collaborate with the engineering department and production team to understand their needs and preferences.
· Identify and recommend ways to improve product quality and efficiency.
· Other tasks as needed.
