Your RoleThe Consumer IT Portfolio team serves as the IT point of contact for the portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability for all IT services delivered throughout the IT application organization. The Line of Business Service Integration Lead, Consultant will report to the Senior Director, IT Portfolio (Consumer and Commercial). In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and representing the end-to-end systems/tool integration, including all configuration areas and any applicable IT interfaces, extracts, or extensions for the lines of business within the Consumer portfolio (Senior Markets, IFP, Specialty) .Your WorkIn this role, you will:- Apply professional experience and analytical skills to define recommendations and design solutions to meet requirements
- Be accountable for testing of various hard/complex system and configuration elements and producing documents to support testing outcomes
- Acts as a lead in the analysis of business requirements to translate into solution configuration with limited or no supervision
- Provide input in cross-functional work sessions to assess requirements and propose options
- Build metrics and measurement into solutions to provide visibility into effectiveness and quality of service
- Act as lead for issues related to the Consumer Portfolio and be accountable to drive the issue through resolution
- Represent and be the expert to help drive complex solutions including technology integrations across multiple platforms
- Lead work sessions and apply professional experience and analytical skills to define recommendations and improve overall processes
- Create and provide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) / metric
