The Facets Systems Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Platform support. In this role, you will support Facets platform integrations and help drive platform improvements.Your WorkIn this role, you will:- Formulate/define system scope and objectives based on user needs for high complexity changes
- Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devices to process data
- Prepare detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinate system installations with user departments
- Analyze all aspects of business unit functions to determine application, integration, and optimal use of information systems
- Drive the implementation of hotfixes, audit requests, and incident management processes
- Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams
- Prepare and maintain technical documents
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 5 years of professional experience directly related to all aspects of the primary product, program, or technology
- Requires familiarity with Facets Integration
- Requires some experience with web services/REST
- Familiarity with Systems Performance and monitoring tools is desired
