Title- QA Automation Engineer

Location- Elk Grove, CA (onsite)

Duration- Contract

Key Qualification: Responsible for all aspects of QA automation, creating test designs, writing scripts, identifying and implementing automation testing protocols, and reporting on the results. Responsible for reviewing bug reports, highlighting problem areas, troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures Responding to, creating and/or actioning incidents and tasks in ServiceNow and Problems or Bugs reported within Radar or equivalent tools and applications Creation of internal documentation, procedures, and standards Enhancing our monitoring, triaging, and automated alerts within our proprietary tools, Splunk, and Cyara Coordination of project and application launches and feature updates Close collaboration with cross-functional business units and internal partners Swift Programming
