As the AssociateDirector of Design Standards, you apply your mastery of modern design. . You will be overseeing ateam responsible for providing high level strategy and implementation of thestandards strategy. tab-stops:list 1.0in">3+ years interactive UX/UI/CX/Graphic design experience
tab-stops:list 1.0in">BS/BA degree in design, HCI or relevant industry experience
tab-stops:list 1.0in">Master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent preferred
tab-stops:list 1.0in">3+ years of building, leading and managing high performing design teams
tab-stops:list 1.0in">Experience in broad set of platforms including web, desktop and mobile
