ISMA provides engineers who serve as OA Cross Product Team (CPT) Leads within the Capabilities Analysis and Assessment team (CA&A), which is part of the Requirements and Capabilities (R&C) team. In this role, the OA CPT Leads provide direct support to the Raytheon Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and International Global Account Requirements and Capabilities (R&C) Vice Presidents. The assigned OA CPT Lead will serve as an interface between the respective SBU R&C team, the SBU Technical Director team, and CA&A leadership to identify, prioritize, program, and oversee OA/M&S efforts in support of business creation. The OA CPT Lead may perform the individual OA/M&S activities or may lead a team of analysts aligned to the effort, provided by ISMA. The OA CPT Lead will reside functionally in the ISMA organization but will report to their respective CA&A Director for day-to-day tasking, status reporting, content quality control, on-time completion, and identification of project scope, funding, and personnel requirements. The OA CPT Lead will provide content for the broader R&C team to use in customer engagements and will be prepared to personally conduct senior level presentations to customer organizations and RTX/Raytheon senior leaders across the business.Specific responsibilities include:Lead OA/M&S activities that cross traditional warfighter domain and RTX business unit boundaries in support of R&C VP priorities; be responsible for cost, schedule, quality control, and delivery of useful products for external customer engagements and internal senior Raytheon leadershipExecute analysis to develop and refine approaches for integration and coordination of operations across domains (land, sea, air, space) to enable military forces to operate cohesively and exploit the advantages offered by each domainIdentify, prioritize, program, and execute OA/M&S efforts across RTX in support of business creation.Understand the strengths and weaknesses of potential multi-domain system-of-systems solutions, and create OA/M&S products that articulate the benefit that they will bring to the warfighterCoordinate Quick Response OA/M&S products requiring high visibility outputs on a short timeline.Manage customer contacts and relationships (internal and external) related to OA/M&S for strategic campaigns and captures.Synthesize customer needs into analysis and visualization plans; oversee content development.Participate in development of Advanced Visualization products as applicable to each effort.Ensure CONOPS are defined at each step in the capture process, as defined by the Technical Baseline Maturity Assessment (TBMA).Required Skills / ExperienceBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or Physics.10 years related experience with OA/M&S, Campaign Analysis, and CONOPS development.Subject matter expertise in multi-domain operations and defense architecturesStrong project management, project definition, and resourcing skills; must be capable of putting together an OA/M&S/CONOPS framework for translating customer capabilities and requirements into mission and campaign level scenarios and demonstrations.Applied work experience in multidisciplinary teams working with and influencing functional expertise to include IT, Engineering, Operations, and SBU Programs to achieve organizational objectives.Willingness to collaborate across RTX, develop and execute strategic campaigns involving multiple business units, to enable this capability as a core competence.Experience working early program captures, customer shaping and technology development.Strong communication and presentation skills.Team player in a dynamic work environment.Familiarity with RTX product lines.Current / Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligibility.Raytheon Technologies Corporation is an Aerospace and Defense company that provides advanced systems and services for commercial, military and government customers worldwide.
