DescriptionRequirementsData Engineer AnalystLocation: El Segundo, CA nbsp;Target Salary: $75-95K With Bonus nbsp;Benefits: M/D/V + Additional Perks/Benefits nbsp;This is a direct-hire, permanent (full-time) position. nbsp;Job DescriptionWe rsquo;re looking for a highly-motivated, nbsp;web-focused, Data Engineer Analyst with experience of full data life cycle to meet the analytic needs of the business. You will help design the data collection infrastructure and deliver actionable insights that impact strategic business decisions. You must have practical experience working with large data sets in ecommerce, digital marketing or cloud computing domains.Analysis Skills Required
Own design, development and maintenance of analyses and ongoing reporting of core metrics and KPI rsquo;s
Strong experience in experimentation, optimization and A/B testing against hypotheses to drive improvements within the business
Strong experience solving problems at their root; understanding complex systems and multiple levers
Experience in answering challenging business questions alongside Marketing, Product, Sales and Technology
Experience in building and maintaining customer profiles / segmentation
Data Engineer Skills Required
At least 1+ years working in a Data Engineer, or Data Warehousing Engineer role
Strong experience with any ETL tool like Informatica or SSIS or Talend etc.,
Ability to lead projects individually and delivering them on time
Experience in performance tuning techniques
Experience building reports and with data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI etc.,
Strong Foundation in SQL coding and experience with ETL
Need to own problems from end-to-end, so that you can best collect, extract and clean the data
Work with relevant stakeholders to deliver appropriate BI, data warehousing, reporting, and analytical infrastructure required to support our nbsp;assets
Skills/Attributes Desired
Experience with any ETL tools like Talend, Informatica, SSIS etc.,
Tableau or any other BI tool like Microstrategy, Power BI, Redash.io etc.,
Experience with Amazon Web Services(S3, Redshift) is a plus
